We want you to LOVE everything you get from our shop. However, due to the small quantities and our unique items from our small boutique, we have a firm return policy. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We buy from high quality manufacturers, but in the event that a garment has a flaw, you may email us to request store credit or an exchange. We will refund the shipping cost of returning the garment.
We only accept exchanges or exchanges for store credit for items that are unworn and with tags still attached. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We do not cover shipping costs for returning/replacing items and are not responsible for any lost or stolen returns through the mail.
We encourage all customers to seek our advice on sizing and fit if you are not sure, to avoid any unnecessary returns and to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
audrey k reserves the right to deny exchanges for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.

When a preorder is placed we manufacture the item for you, because there is costs involved in your the production of your custom item, we do not accept canceled orders. Please allow two week window around our expected ship date due to possible pandemic delays. If you need to exchange for another style or size, or would like a store credit instead, just let us know! If the item you receive is not as described you can contact us and we can asses your refund request.
We ship from Burbank, California, USA within 4 days after your order is placed. Please allow for additional time during the holidays.
Priority shipping Via USPS for small orders and UPS for larger orders.
Customs duties and taxes may apply on all international orders. These are charged by your country, and are due on delivery, and are a variable price based on the value of the package, brokerage fees and taxes at the point of entry. These are the customers' responsibility to pay to accept your package.
